Mazda Expands Scholarship Program With IndyCar Saction

The new partnership has also allowed for the establishment of a Rookie of the Year Scholarship worth $50,000, with over half a million dollars total being awarded in prize money. The MX-5 Cup is all about skill, as each driver must race the same racing model #MX5Miata, a car built for the track. This promotes racing based completely on skill rather than the car itself.
