The Mazda engineering team apparently isn’t content to rest on their laurels. They have re-designed the second-generation Mazda CX-5 and consumers are going to love the changes. For starters, the CX-5 now has G-Vectoring Control, a mechanism that prevents over-steering. The body also sports a more svelte design, making it all the more eye-catching. A new color is also available, called Soul Red Crystal. Other changes include radar-controlled cruise control, a heated steering wheel, power lift-gate, heated rear seats, two rear USB ports, rear air-conditioning vents and rear seats that recline.

The 2017 Mazda CX-5 is available in three trim levels: \Sport, Touring and Grand Touring. Some of the other features you’ll find, depending on trim level, include back-up camera, LED headlights, foglights and tail lights, split-folding rear seats, 7-inch Mazda Connect infotainment system, BOSE audio system, navigation, rain-sensing wipers and leather seats (Grand Touring only).
