Learn about Mazda Radar Cruise Control
Mazda Radar Cruise Control (MRCC) can be found in several Mazda models; this technology uses millimeter wave radar to judge the relative speed and distance to the car ahead and automatically controls vehicle speeds. The MRCC works within a set speed range and is able to automatically adjust and maintain a safe following distance from the car in front, thus relieving some of the burden of the driver on long drives and on highways. This system also includes a Distance Recognition Support System (DRSS) that visually displays the following distance to help the driver maintain awareness of important safety consideration.
