Mazda 2 Mazda Vehicles Have Significant Success in the Australian Market

Mazda was able to surpass Holden in the Australian sales race in 2015 to become the first full-line vehicle importer to make it to the top two automakers in terms of sales in the market. In 2015, Mazda was able to deliver 114,024 vehicles to the Australian market, representing a year-over-year growth of 13.2 percent. Mazda Australia is one of the brand’s largest world regions, with one in every ten cars sold in 2015 sporting the Mazda “M” badge. Throughout the year, the Mazda CX-5, Mazda2, BT-50, CX-9, and MX-5 experienced growth. The all-new Mazda MX-5 experienced the most substantial growth of an incredible 677 percent. In order to maintain the success in 2016, Mazda Australia managing director Martin Benders stated, “We will stay committed to our customers to deliver great products and a rewarding ownership experience.” Get behind the wheel of one of these Mazda vehicles today (minus the BT-50) at Cardinale Mazda in Salinas.
