Schwartz Mazda was recently recognized by Mazda for celebrating its 40th anniversary as a Mazda dealer. John Schwartz, along with his late brother Jim, have owned the dealership since their grandfather Maurice Schwartz handed it over to them. Maurice opened the dealership in 1919, where he sold Willys, Knights and Whippets. The brothers’ journey with Mazda began in 1975, when they began selling the Japanese automaker’s vehicle models.
