In fact, this milestone was reached at the end of April 2015 and took only three years and five months since production began to achieve. Mazda’s outstanding sixth generation vehicles have boosted sales by 8.16% and for the month of May they reported to be up 4.64% year over year. Mazda CX-5, in its fourth year of sales, continues to set records – this past May, the compact SUV had its best May ever with 10,717 vehicles sold – an increase of 15.3%. The Mazda CX-9 also had a strong May for 2015 with 1,924 vehicles sold, and increase of just over 20%. Moreover, Mazda Motor de Mexico also reported an increase in sales, up 44% versus last year – making May 2015 the best May in history and the 28^th consecutive month of year-over-year growth.
