The 2016 Mazda MX-5 roadster launched a few months ago and although the Miata lost its power hardtop, it features a new, easy-to-fold convertible top. Mazda makes it easy to drop the top in a single one-handed movement. Joe Bruzek, a road test editor, said: “You can drop the top in a single one-handed swoop, and raise it just as easily. I’d take this over any slow-moving power trop with its lightness and one-step raise and lower process.” Now it’s easy and quick to throw the top off and cruise with the top down without leaving the driver’s seat.
